I am Joy Gillespie, a clinical psychotherapist located in O’Fallon, MO providing online psychotherapy services for adult residents in the state of Missouri and Arkansas.

I help anxious and overwhelmed adults learn how to manage their feelings better so that they can feel more in control again. I help perfectionists and high achievers learn how not to be their own biggest enemy so that they can reach their potentials. I help people pleasers and self doubters learn how to truly respect and trust themselves just like how they show up for others.

Most importantly, I help all clients explore and address the root of their struggles so that they can achieve long-term healing.

Hi there, I am so glad you are here!

“When solving problems,
dig at the roots instead of just hacking at the leaves.”
